Fernando brings over a decade of experience as a technology leader, building and scaling products across startups, scaleups, and enterprise environments. His expertise spans cloud infrastructure, complex B2B and B2C systems, and leading high-performing engineering teams.
After years of working closely with founders and leadership teams, he noticed a common thread: too much time and talent was being drained by repetitive, manual processes. With the rise of AI and agentic workflows, he saw a better way - and co-founded Lymura to make it happen.

Anthony Sibayan has spent the last eight years at the forefront of cybersecurity recruitment, helping SaaS founders scale high-performing teams across the globe. His deep connections within the founder and VC community made him a trusted partner not just in hiring, but in driving business growth.
Through his work at Rainmaker Partners, Anthony began supporting founders beyond recruitment - helping them raise capital and navigate strategic growth. As AI and automation started transforming the tech landscape, he recognised a clear opportunity: founders needed a way to optimise their operations without overloading their teams. That insight laid the foundation for Lymura.
